When the facility's toxic chemicals are found missing, suspicion falls heavily on the owner's wife, Noriko Makita. To solve this difficult case, Onizuka must weaponize his memories of the past against a ruthless killer.

When a priest is murdered and set on fire in Kagurazaka, Onizuka and Saki join the investigation at Keitaro's request.
