Ten new bakers will be put to the test in a brand-new bake barn located on the beautiful West Coast. Vertical challenges will see some bakers slip, and others rise.

It's a battle of the bickies. With a melt in your mouth signature, a tricky sticky tea cake technical and a tall order chandelier showstopper that sees one baker's ambitious plans crumble away.

The bakers must put their Kiwi twists on 'the brownie', the kitchen is split in a savoury technical bake, and creativity peaks as our bakers attempt edible New Zealand landmarks.

Our bakers learn the do's and do not's of doughnut baking, get in a twist for the technical bake, and one baker might have to cut themselves out of the competition...

Fresh is the theme for the final six bakers. From vegan delights to show-stopping pies ending with the most emotional farewell to date

It's dairy week! A technical wobble see's one of our bakers crack, and picture perfect showstoppers have our judges facing their toughest decision yet.

It's bread week and the challenges get even more difficult for the remaining bakers. Plus, the kitchen gets in a tangle in the technical and we find out whose edible animal is the best.

Chocolate week is chock-a-block full of surprises as our semi-finalists attempt adventurous chocolate bars, get fond of fondant & create the most delectable double tier chocolate show stoppers.

It's the grand final and our top bakers embark on their toughest challenge yet! Who will win the title for 2021?
