Steven and Joanna have a very usual request for their dark, dank basement - they want one half to be a sports-themed man cave, and the other half to be a family room with a surf theme. Paul rises to the challenge and creates a dual purpose space that perfectly captures a vintage sports feel and a Hawaiian surf shack.
