After a difficult night, the paramedics decide to perform 15 services, facing the death of one of their colleagues, an old acquaintance, a veteran returns to support the central Unit.

A team faces the school yard bulling while learning to overcome a difficult situation, a pregnancy gets complicated, alcoholism affects a member of the team and they learn how difficult is to say goodbye.

Negligent, labor accidents and domestic violence are just some of the cases paramedics face, a few of them deal with new responsibilities and with the new arrival of a member that can change the manner in which things are done.

A new generation of paramedics starts their training, while one of the new members is received with hostility by his peers, she shows her knowledge by saving all their lives.

Personal situations are affecting the team; while students are not committed they can fail. Jamie and Salvador have decided to take control of their own lives.

Students learn to prepare physically and mentally for dealing with emergencies and learn which injury to prioritize, by not following orders and heeding protocols one member puts the whole team at risk, and accident changes the team.

The paramedics head out on their rounds without knowing what they will face by helping other people, in the meantime while others are preoccupied a multiple accident occurs and a situation provokes one of the paramedic to enter into conflict.

The students continue with their preparation, the preoccupations of the team come to an end when they received help from an unexpected member. In secrete one of the other members is faced with a difficult situation. A workplace rivalry is present.

Two projects are presented to the board. In the meantime the students are anxious and fearful waiting for their result. Two cases in sites with difficult access turn up. The families are reunited.

The paramedics send gifts to a coworker. Natalia makes use of her new ability; meanwhile one paramedic facing an overload of work is presented with a difficult case. A situation inside the storeroom arises suspicion.

The students receive their new instructor; a paramedic confronts her past to move forward, la situation in the storeroom is resolved leaving cracks and broken trust within the team.

The student face their first real situation as they witness justice being taken into ones hand and they show what they are really made of. A natural disaster puts everyone on alert without suspecting that some of them may be in danger.
