Seven property managers take viewers along for a challenging ride into the property market, dealing with filth, damage and eviction.

Richard discovers doggy-do throughout a dodgy dwelling in Wellington, Karen makes a feline friend in Dunedin and Martin takes a walk on the wild-side in Auckland.

A Tauranga house resplendent with hair-balls, holes in walls and creepy crawlies; a mysterious leak leaves Martin guessing in Auckland; and Gareth gets to grips with decorating Dunedin.

A mattress on the roof is just the start in Dunedin, an eviction is on the cards in Whangarei and cracks in Christchurch have the The Good Girls pushing for answers.

It's a case of D.I.Y did they bother in Dunedin. Judy takes the good with the bad in Whangarei and pizza toppings and bonfires point to parties in Auckland.

The good girls weed out stubborn squatters in Christchurch, Gareth gets to the bottom of damage from a party and in Wellington, Richard inspects a fire damaged property.

Judy is shocked at a former tenants interpretation of clean. Karen makes sure her tenants toe the party line, and in Dunedin, it's all fun and games until someone loses a wall.

Pru's all about poos in Christchurch in a bid to get smashed pipes fixed, Gareth discovers an alleyway full of rubbish and Richard gets to the bottom of a tall tale in Wellington.
