A flashback reveals Evandro's past; he is moved by a man rejected by his daughter. Vera deals with a woman trying to save her husband, and Décio makes a difficult decision.

Heleno suffers from Alzheimer's. At the hospital, Charles asks Evandro for help, while Carolina tends to a patient and Rosa organizes a send-off for Décio. Heleno is taken to the hospital.

Amidst urgent cases, Evandro deals with his father's illness—requiring hospitalization—while Carolina worries about her own health.
