Season 3

Greg, Vicky and Theo try to find Justine who went missing since they came back from 1957.

Justine comes back but aged since 1957, Vicky tries to find a spell to bring back her youth.

Vicky, Greg and Theo still try to find Justine by analyzing the print of a footstep they found near her room.

Vicky and Theo get in a brawl to find out who can find more information on Justine's kidnapping. Greg tries to keep the truth from Soleil but everything starts to blur.

Greg finally confesses to Sunny that his apartment is haunted. Theo, on the other hand, decides to sign his arrest warrant with a few conditions.

Vicky gets the plans of a cookie factory that could hold the buildings of UltraCORP inside. Greg tries to calm down Sunny who seems to see ghosts everywhere and thinks she is being haunted.

Roger reveals, after his investigation at UltraCORP, that Justine might be dead. Theo sees a spirit dream that makes him believe otherwise.

Justine comes back, but not the same. Theo's trial has to start and she refuses to be his lawyer.

Justine tries to get used to her life back home after being put in hybernation so that Schmitt could read all of her thoughts. Greg gets a photo album from Sandrine's mother, Florida, who could have clues to Theo's murder case.

Justine makes the decision to leave the apartment, but her father comes to stay there a few days to make sure his daughter is alright.

Vicky tries to use her clairvoyant magic in 'Ostie Guy's apartment since Justine's father is still in there. Theo sees a spirit dream of his father and Justine tries to make peace with her own.

Greg tries to get rid of all of Soleil's stuff to get her out of his head since they broke up. Vicky tries to understand why her clairvoyant gift, always makes her draw a pig. Schmitt comes back to haunt Justine and her father, 'Pierre-Paul'.

Vicky got a vision that Theo is probably in great danger. Justine finally makes peace with her father. Greg is on a date with a girl named Nelly, he met in the building.

'Ostie Guy' tries to convince the team to get him to move in the apartment since he can't pay his rent alone. A ghost named Adeline McMarshal, asks for the help of Vicky to win her trial against the phantom society.

A poltergeist invites itself in the apartment and decides to fully destroy anything in its way. The team try to stop it with the help of anyone they can find.

'Gonzague' tries to teach Theo how to control his spectral form to appear stronger. Vicky helps 'Antoine', the ghost who ate the poltergeist.

Vicky tries a ritual to cancel their open zone spell, but it ends up trapping her with Theo while Greg is in his room with 'Matilde' and Justine is stuck with 'Gonzague'.

Theo can no longer stay in the same room as Vicky out of fear of getting an electrical shock. Greg is supposed to keep 'Matilde's pet spider, 'Renald' but it disappears. Ostie Guy wants to go on a date with a girl and Vicky helps him do so.

The team tries to get information on UltraCORP and send Greg to their headquarters. Marianne comes to apartment to confess her breakup to her sister.
