For centuries, saltwater crocodiles have prowled the wilderness of Kakadu. These salties are the undisputed Kings of Kakadu. And in this croc country, they are both feared and revered.

With Kakadu's peak tourist season looming, rangers Ian Conroy and Fred Hunter take to the skies to bring down a threatening buffalo out at Yellow Waters, a popular tourist spot.

Thousands of tourists are arriving in Kakadu. But while nature is a great draw card, tourists are often naïve to the dangers. Kakadu's search and rescue mission are out in full force.

With Kakadu is experiencing an intense heat wave, animals are engaging in fierce territorial battles and the rangers must make sure visitors are out of harm's way.
