Overview
Candle celebrates her birthday every day, and she likes to share them with everyone else. When she's unable to guess Dot's birthday wish, Candle tries hard to make it the best birthday ever. And when Dyna loses her birthday gift from Candle, Ace helps her find it by making some improvements to her goggles.
