Overview
Former detective turned small-business owner John and his friend Alex purchased a home from the 1970s in the town of North Bergen, New Jersey. Everything in the home needs to be brought up to modern standards. Alex has experience and is more logical in his plans but John is the one paying for renovations and wants to do as much as he can without hiring help. As their timeline stretches, tensions will run high in this flip.
