Overview
In this episode, Action and Clovis travel to Copenhagen to eat at Kadeau, one of the founding restaurants of the New Nordic Cuisine revolution of the early 2000s. After an incredible tasting of the restaurant's greatest hits, the chefs take Action and Clovis to one of their favorite haunts for a canal-side bottle of wine: Rosforth & Rosforth. Skål!
