Overview
A motorcycle rider gets pulled over while driving his spouse's motorcycle. Then, some teens get pulled over, and quickly fail a Barry Manilow quiz issued by the officer. Finally, a Russian gets pulled over for speeding and claims they were a speed racer in Russia.
