Capt. Sandy, Aesha, Nathan and Joe enter a new charter season in Dubrovnik, Croatia, hoping to build off their successes last year, but two important crew members have a major falling out. Two new stews battle over hierarchy. The first docking of the season leads to catastrophe.

The tension on deck threatens to upend the charter season before it begins; a piece of unexpected news sets one yachtie on a new course; the crew night out ends in betrayal and mistrust.

A love triangle begins to brew after the first crew night out. Aesha chooses a second stew, making waves on the interior team. Nathan gets pushed to the edge when a charter guest goes too far.

Nathan struggles to keep his cool under pressure from an intense guest. The interior pulls off an in-the-dark dinner theme. Kayley goes to great lengths to prove herself worthy of the Second Stew title. Luke makes a choice in his love triangle that has dramatic ramifications.

Luke struggles with the weight of his romantic decisions, angering both Gen and Joy. Kat and Cooper go on a date. Nathan and Joe find common ground. A new group of guests get taken on a “Game of Thrones”-themed tour, visiting locations from the hit show creating surprising complications for the yachties.

Luke makes a final plea to Joy while Gen confronts him about his behavior. Nathan struggles to find balance between his responsibilities on the boat and with his family. Cooper learns a shocking secret that turns the boat upside down.

Chef Joy and Aesha grapple with a difficult primary who has enlisted a familiar matchmaker to help her and her dog find love. Cooper suffers a health scare that threatens to end his charter season. Nathan struggles to forgive an enormous betrayal.

Capt. Sandy is faced with another difficult night docking when loud party boats return. Nathan and Gael struggle under the weight of parenthood. Joe and Cooper are left to handle a massive storm. Kat becomes concerned about her relationship. A crew member makes a big decision.

With little time before charter to adjust to a crew member’s departure, Capt. Sandy is forced into an unconventional decision. Gen tries to turn over a new leaf as Kayley receives an opportunity. A sudden injury forces more dramatic adjustments and puts the season in peril.

As Joe and Kayley try to prove themselves in new roles, Aesha digs deep to keep the charter afloat. External pressure begins to affect Cooper and Kat’s budding relationship. The crew enjoys a day off. Someone new joins the boat.

As Joe sets out to prove his worth to Capt. Sandy, a familiar face returns to bolster the deck team. After the boat is rocked by an emergency, Joy faces her most difficult challenge of the season. Nathan makes an old friend an offer he can’t refuse.

Joe spirals, Aesha returns to lead, and a demanding guest tests the crew.

A new deckhand joins the boat, leading Joe to confront Nathan. Gen flirts with Cooper, straining her friendship with Kat. Joy receives a gift from a secret admirer.

A new charter begins as the crew welcomes a billionaire, his fiancée and his five other boyfriends. Massi finds interest in Joy. Gen tries to enact a new agenda. Nathan and Joe’s relationship begins to reach a point of no return.

The crew must overcome an incredibly difficult group of guests. Cooper and Kat get on the same page and a final showdown between Nathan, Joe and Aesha threatens to change their dynamic forever.
