In the series premiere, Claudia pitches a talk show; the cast meets at a focus group where they are subjected to ruthless judgment; and "New York" is revealed as the final cast member.

Claudia and New York nearly come to blows, causing New York to rethink her place on the show. Also: the cast brainstorm ideas for Claudia's talk show and Jennifer tells Al Reynolds about her singing aspirations.

An executive producer confronts New York about taking time off; Laura and Jennifer show concern about participating in the talk show; and Claudia argues with New York over an executive producer credit.

Baby Zino arrives; Laura and New York go to anger management; but things don't start off well; Jennifer enters the studio with Benzino and Bobby Valentino; and Claudia and Jennifer exchange words after a meeting.

Jennifer exits an argument with Claudia; Karamo suggests his son improve his work ethic; New York gives Aktion an ultimatum, but an old flame interferes; and Laura forces Jennifer and Claudia to make amends.

Carlos greenlights Claudia to fire at whim after a tense charity event; Jennifer claims to have an incriminating video when she learns she and Benzino will be fired; Laura faces eviction; and Jennifer gets devastating news.
