The 59th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was held on November 28, 1985 in New York City, and shown to viewers live on NBC that same day from 9 a.m. to noon EST. It was hosted by Pat Sajak, Bert Convy, and Phylicia Ayers-Allen. Participating celebrities included the likes of Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney, Rue McClanahan, New Edition, James Coco, and Lee Greenwood.
