Overview

Peggy and Don need Mike’s help after they paid a contractor to build them a second story addition and then took off to Europe, leaving thier home unfinished and exposed to the elements. Their basement is destroyed from rain, their belongings are ruined and Mike uncovers the biggest nest of carpenter ants he’s ever seen.
