In the first of the series, the doctors see some jaw-dropping sights, including Glenn, whose stomach oedema literally touches the floor, and successful slimmer Julia, whose new slim frame is draped in excess skin.

The second programme meets a husband and wife couple with a combined weight of 52 stone, and a 21-year-old Mum whose life is maligned by her enormous J cup breasts.

Dr Pixie comes face to face with three huge hernias, and Dr Christian meets Malissa Jones, who made headlines in 2008, for being the world's first teenager to undergo a gastric band operation.

The doctors deal with the impact obesity has on fertility, the largest man boobs Dr Pixie has ever seen, and excess hair caused by polycystic ovaries.
