Bex's new kindness and honesty policy is put to the test when Charles asks her to break up with his girlfriend Fiona on his behalf. However, Fiona is not what Bex bargained for and things take a turn for the worse. In the office, Jan tries sucking up to Chris to get a pay rise, only to be annoyed by her suggestion to eat less and sell her hair.
