Joanna and Derek

Overview

Derek and his cello-playing wife and kids love living close to family but are divided on what to do with their dysfunctional home. Their dark, closed-off layout frustrates Derek, so he calls on Todd to find an open-concept space - specifically with a great music room. Wife Joanna sees potential in her family home and hopes Jillian can bring some much-needed harmony with a bright, spacious redesign.
