Overview

Zaara replaces the original post-mortem report with a fake one and puts an unconscious Indira into the ambulance which is carrying Savita’s dead body. Later, Zaara brings the ambulance to Sharma Niwas, and hands Rishi the fake report, confirming the body to be Indira’s.
