Bizarre conspiracy movement

Overview

Alberto Stegeman and his team go undercover within a dangerous conspiracy movement. This group leads vulnerable followers to believe that special beds so-called "medbeds"will soon become available, capable of curing incurable diseases. Claims include the ability of these beds to regrow limbs, cure cancer, tuberculosis, and Alzheimer's, and even rejuvenate people who lie on them. The gatherings sometimes attract more than 200 participants. The leaders also claim that large sums of money will soon be released, creating a risk that people might quit their jobs or purchase unaffordable homes. Hidden cameras expose these bizarre practices. The undercover investigation begins with a desperate plea from two concerned sisters; their mother has fallen completely under the sway of the conspiracy movement, and they fear that sick individuals are no longer visiting their GPs or hospitals.
