Overview

When an agent is killed in a car bomb and it appears he was with a known Asian criminal, Mancuso has to find out if the man is clean or not. Initially Mancuso learns that the device used is property of the CIA, so he goes to a man he knows at the Agency and tells him that there's so many of them floating around anyone could have gotten it. Later he learns that the Asian was being forced out by another criminal who just arrived in the U.S. When Mancuso learns who the man is and confronts him, he is later suspected of being on the take. When he decides to turn in his badge, all of his friends try to clear him.
