Overview

Paramedic Steve Harris has his hands full in Birmingham as he races to a suspected case of meningitis, before speeding off to assist a homeless man who claims to have been beaten up. In Essex, the biker cops continue their crackdown on some of the busiest roads in the UK. The show also features a look at how other motorcycle units are clearing some of the country’s most iconic routes of bikers after too many thrills and spills.
