The barber shaves Bart's head completely. He tries to hide it with glue, his old hair and a paper bag, but the family cannot keep from laughing when they see him.

Homer wakes the family in the middle of the night claiming World War III has begun, to test their readiness. After several drills, the exhausted family tricks him into the shelter and locks him in.

On the way to church the kids declare themselves pagans. When the car breaks down they start acting like them, and an enraged Homer chases them into a church.

Fearing chores, Bart hides in a closet and accidentally locks himself in. He finally breaks the door down, only to find a note saying the family left for milkshakes.

Homer takes the kids to the aquarium. Bart finds his way into the shark tank and refuses to come out, claiming it is safer than facing his father.

The Simpsons visit an art museum. Bart and Lisa fail to appreciate the art, and Bart decides to become a collector by stealing a piece. First time Bart says "Ay, caramba!" and "Don't have a cow, man."

Homer mocks a family of chimpanzees at the zoo without noticing how much they resemble his own. On the ride home they discover Bart has swapped places with his simian lookalike.
