Tic Tac Tales

Overview

The framing story takes place in Mestre Elias's magical watch shop. His new apprentice, Tobias, gets involved in various mishaps, and his actions prompt Elias to recall different stories. The animated characters then take on different roles in these stories — involving heroes, wizards, scientists, thieves, fairies and other characters.
