Season 1

Three years after failing the Bali escape-room challenge, the Earth Arcade girls return as part-timers at the newly opened Space Rice Cake Shop. A fierce battle to become head chef erupts through high-stakes rice cake cook-offs, while leadership drama and workplace chaos threaten the shop before opening day. As the team launches its first Earth branch in Goheung, mysterious machines bring unexpected trouble.

Welcome to the chaotic world of rice cake making! At Young Ji’s request, the crew takes on the backbreaking task of handcrafting everything from baekseolgi to garaetteok. As they prepare for a trial opening, they unveil imaginative menu items, including a fiery tteokbokki challenge and a chestnut tiramisu-inspired dessert. However, on opening day, torrential rain, a blackout, and workplace tensions threaten to derail the launch before the first customer arrives.

Space Rice Cake’s first day of business is off to a roaring start, with its very first waiting line and orders pouring in nonstop! However, as exhaustion sets in, the Earth Arcaders push forward with a fiery tteokbokki challenge and an irresistible new menu. Meanwhile, Eun Ji and Yu Jin’s 'frugal' grocery run takes an unexpected turn, leaving the main chef worried about their spending and the day’s final sales total!

Mimi unveils a brand new cream rice cake inspired by Bangkok street food, but will it earn a spot on Space Rice Cake’s official menu? Just as the team enjoys a rare moment of calm, a massive group of hungry guests sends the restaurant into chaos! Then, it’s time to level up as the sisters take on sticky rice cake, transforming it into bold new creations in their next culinary challenge.

On the third business day, they sell the new menu item, potato cream tteoksagna. They plan to sell it for just five servings, but it becomes more popular than they expected, so it becomes a regular menu item at Space Rice Cake. Also, they have to serve a large group of 16 customers for dinner time. And they decide to serve the customers with a rice cake omakase course menu. They have to pull together and serve the course menu without any mistakes. But their plan seems to be ruined.

Earth Arcaders are pulled out of Goheung under sudden orders from HQ. While the service team is giddy over heading to Seoul, the kitchen team wails in despair. After a heartbreaking farewell to Goheung, they unveil the second branch of Space Rice Cake, with double the floor space and the long-awaited digital POS system. Following the grand launch event, they immediately jump into mastering their brand-new recipes. Will they be able to keep the second branch running smoothly?
