When Tana's manager Jordan moves out of her pool house, she decides to sell his stuff at a yard sale. Meanwhile Trevor Moran helps Tana record a song with producer Mod Sun.

With Tana’s own relationship floundering, she decides to focus on Jordan’s love life by setting him up with adult film star Riley Reid.

Tana’s world is in disarray as her health issues reach a boiling point and she finally ends her relationship with Jake Paul.

With her health at an all-time low, Tana finally visits a lung specialist and is given a shocking diagnosis. Meanwhile Ashly and Imari demand Jordan get them verified.

An all-out screaming match between Tana and Jordan puts their relationship in jeopardy. Meanwhile Trevor’s sobriety is threatened when he is invited to a bar with Tana and friends.

With Paris Hilton’s help, Tana prepares to launch her first perfume line. Later, when Tana accompanies Imari to their hometown of Las Vegas they are faced with an emergency situation they never could’ve predicted!
