In the 4th episode, former Wexford Camogie player, and RTE analyst Ursula Jacob takes a break from her busy family and working life to discover two coastal trails in Co.Kerry.

In the 5th episode we travel to Co. Kilkenny with Director of Science for Society, Dr Ruth Freeman.

In the final episode in this series, veteran journalist and political commentator, Tommie Gorman visits Co.Tipperary to walk part of the ancient trail taken by St Declan.
