Lion dance: A symbol of good fortune and happiness

Overview

Tết is not defined solely by yellow apricot blossoms or red parallels. It is also embodied in the vibrant sound of lion and dragon dance drums. For generations, the Lion, and Dragon dance has been far more than a performance. It is a symbol of fortune, a blessing expressed through movement, and a shared aspiration for a new year of prosperity, peace, and well-being for the Vietnamese people.
