Rob travels to Veghel in Brabant to visit an all-you-can-eat restaurant, where guests express concerns about the state of hygiene in the sanitary facilities and do not rate the quality of the food entirely positively. Additionally, Rob visits a farm B&B in Den Helder, where guests can spend the night in a charming gypsy wagon situated amidst nature. Although this appears to be an attractive and idyllic experience at first glance, the reviews paint a less rosy picture of reality.

In the center of Utrecht, Rob Geus visits a hostel struggling with numerous negative reviews regarding hygiene. The owner denies the complaints and accuses former guests of spreading falsehoods online. Rob investigates the situation on-site to uncover the facts. Subsequently, he travels to an eatery in Amsterdam where there is also much criticism regarding hygienic conditions. There, too, he confronts the owner directly with his findings in an attempt to provide clarity on the situation.

Rob Geus travels to Simpelveld in Limburg, home to a B&B located in a charming farmhouse that offers bed and breakfast for around €100 a night. However, reviews are less than positive: guests complain about bathroom mold, bloodstains on the bed linen, and dust bunnies. Rob decides to investigate the situation firsthand. He also visits a fresh sushi takeaway in Enschede. The reviews there are scathing: the food is nasty—inedible, according to some—and one person claims the shrimp felt like washcloths. The fish is said to be as fresh as last year's catch; even the flies won't touch it. Rob sets out to investigate for himself.

Online, the hotel looks promising, featuring well kept rooms, private bathrooms, and all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway. However, guests tell a different story, complaining about hygiene issues and the poor condition of the rooms. Rob investigates, and even before the door to the first room opens, he gets the feeling that something is seriously amiss. Rob also visits three hospitality venues in Utrecht that have received strikingly poor online reviews. Guests complain about filth, poor hygiene, and even food poisoning. All three establishments turn out to be owned by the same person reason enough for Rob to check out the situation and potentially put them to the test.

Rob Geus investigates negative online reviews regarding hygiene. He visits hotels, restaurants, campsites, saunas, nail salons, and other locations to see if their online reputation matches reality. Armed with his test results, he confronts the owners with his findings and offers them a chance to improve the situation. However, not everyone is thrilled about his arrival.
