The two, now "in the same boat," embark on an unusual escape journey...

"Who are you? Who am I?" Pressed by the "eight-year-old genius girl" Nanase Rin (Nagao Yuno), Shinjo Masamune (Saito Takumi), the "kind-hearted but awkward kidnapper," finally confesses the truth! As Rin tries to call the police for help, memories of the day she was kidnapped flash back to her. On that day, as she desperately fled from "something," what she saw was the light of a police car...?! Could the culprit really be a police officer...?! Having lost faith even in the police, Rin goes on the run again with Shinjo... Meanwhile, Shinjo and Rin go to the hospital room where their daughter Mei (Kusaka Riho) is hospitalized to see his wife Shiori (Adachi Yumi). However, the hospital is crowded with police...!?

Masamune Shinjo (Takumi Saito) and Rin Nanase (Yuno Nagao) end up hiding in Shiori's (Yumi Adachi) apartment. Rin becomes suspicious of Shiori, who is the mastermind behind the kidnapping -- but then the reason why Shiori left Shinjo three years ago is revealed! The terrible secret she has been hiding is revealed... Meanwhile, Detective Tsukasa Sunouchi (Yosuke Eguchi) and his team arrive at Shiori's apartment after learning that the Nanase family's surveillance cameras had been removed just a few days before the incident...!

Will the team of Shinjo Masamune (Saito Takumi) and Nanase Rin (Nagao Yuno) finally be dissolved?! Shinjo and Rin are taken to medical doctor Mizuhara Yukiko (Uchida Yuki). The "secret" hidden in the mind of the genius girl Rin is finally revealed...! Is Rin safer here?! After much anguish, Shinjo decides to break up with Rin, but...

Masamune Shinjo (Takumi Saito) and Rin Nanase (Yuno Nagao), who had been on the run separately, are brought back to Yukiko Mizuhara's (Yuki Uchida) villa once again, where they come face to face with Kevin Fukuzumi (Kosuke Suzuki), the "mastermind" who has been pursuing them! Under house arrest, Shinjo and Rin sneak past the guards to search for the emergency phone line to seek help from the outside, but just then, Rin finally regains her memories of the day of the incident! Who could be the culprit who killed Rin's parents...?! A new chapter finally begins!

Shinjo Masamune (Takumi Saito) and Rin Nanase (Yuno Nagao) finally launch a counterattack!? They recruit an "unexpected person" to their side and hatch a daring escape plan! "If you don't want Rin's survival to be made public, prepare 3 billion yen!" A threatening phone call shakes up Kevin Fukuzumi (Kosuke Suzuki), Tomio Nanase (Hasegawa Hatsunori), and others... but will they be able to escape safely?! Meanwhile, the "shocking secrets" that lawyer Tadashi Yamazaki (Tatsuya Fukazawa) and medical doctor Yukiko Mizuhara (Yuki Uchida) have each been hiding are revealed...!?

The tables have finally turned! Shinjo Masamune (Takumi Saito) and Nanase Rin (Yuno Nagao) have successfully executed their escape plan! After capturing Kevin Fukuzumi (Kosuke Suzuki) and having Detective Tsukasa Sunouchi (Yosuke Eguchi) apprehend Gouki Samezu (Nobuaki Eiji), they finally head to the hospital to witness his daughter Mei's (Riho Kusaka) surgery! Once the surgery is over, Shinjo is determined to turn himself in and put an end to everything, but... He finds himself in a difficult position once again...?! What's more, lawyer Tadashi Yamazaki (Tatsuya Fukazawa) is in dire straits...?! When all the mysteries are solved, the true mastermind will appear.

Shinjo Masamune (Takumi Saito) discovers security camera footage from the Nanase household. Is his wife, Shiori (Yumi Adachi), on the screen?! Shinjo and Rin Nanase (Yuno Nagao) seek help from their most trustworthy person: Detective Tsukasa Sunouchi (Yosuke Eguchi). Eventually, Rin's memories of the day of the crime and Shinjo's memories from his childhood are revealed... Finally, the outline of the incident that began 30 years ago begins to emerge!? But... they find themselves in a dire situation! Farewell, Masamune -- the pseudo-parent-child duo is parting ways...?! A tear-jerking development awaits just before the final episode!
