Stephanie refuses to bring her mom down for Parent-Teacher day. Francine finds out that Stephanie's upset that her mother has found a new boyfriend. Francine helps Stephanie to accept and reconcile with her mother. Mr, Ngaw, the vice principal, tired of all the obscene graffiti in the toilet written about him, decides to be NICE for a day.
