I Ran my First Trail Race to Prepare for Marathon Des Sables

Overview

In the second episode of their Marathon des Sables journey, Rob and Arno travelled to Gran Canaria for a training camp. It was the ideal location for them to test their limits and simulate the challenges they would encounter in the Sahara Desert. As an added bonus, Rob participated in his very first trail race during the iconic Transgrancanaria. His experience was a mix of both awful and amazing!
