Housekeeping manager Ivan tries to source two horsehair pillows in an unusual guest request and Julian at the concierge desk takes on a last-minute mission when a guest requests a bespoke picnic including a specific scotch egg.

Concierge manager Adam is juggling two major celebrations at Four Seasons Hampshire, a 200-guest wedding and the golden anniversary of Derek and Joan. Determined to recreate the magic of their wedding day 50 years earlier, but with unpredictable weather and tight timings, Adam battles the elements to ensure the couple's arrival is perfect and crucially doesn't clash with the wedding reception.

The morning kicks off with a last-minute surge as 35 additional rooms mean director of housekeeping Ivan must rally his crew to turn around 196 rooms in just four hours. Meanwhile, director of engineering Gary begins the Presidential Suite refresh, with his team installing bespoke fabrics and furniture, ensuring every detail meets the hotel's high standards.

A fire breaks out at Heathrow, shutting down two terminals and wreaking havoc on the hotel's room occupancy as guests are unable to check out, so new rooms must be prepped at the last minute. In Hampshire, a bride and groom from Texas have booked out the whole hotel and flown in 160 guests, but gale-force winds are battering the hotel and the events team must do everything they can to stop a dream wedding turning into a nightmare.

When top clients request an early-morning hotel tour, the team races to deliver bespoke pastries before they arrive. Head of housekeeping Ivan faces a setback when key parts are missing from luxury soap dispensers needed for newly renovated suites, prompting help from head of purchasing Ian. In Hampshire, Richard prepares a room for influencer the Cleanaholic, while Josh plans a memorable anniversary surprise.
