Season Overview

This season contains the Christmas Specials, one-off episodes where younger adventurers were able to traverse the Crystal Maze. Each episode was aired prior to the start of a new regular season, which provided a glimpse into the revised sets for each new series. Three episodes were hosted by Richard O'Brien, with the remaining two hosted by Ed Tudor-Pole.

NB: Michael Underwood would later go on to host Jungle Run, a childrens TV show very heavily based on the concept of the Crystal Maze.
