Terry makes a big expensive purchase without consulting June. The whole family become entangled in the ensuing complications.

Aunt Lucy wants to talk to her late husband, Percy. A séance is organised. Terry remains sceptical but soon becomes completely unsettled.

An exhibition of paintings and sculpture motivates Terry to try his hand at art. He gets the stone, a hammer and a chisel. His ambition of course, does not match reality.

The Fletchers are invited to a historical fancy-dress ball.

Terry discovers something valuable when digging in the backyard.

Terry complains that their marriage has become a predictable pattern. He suggests a change. Unbeknownst to him, a friend of June's suggests a radical plan.

June says Terry isn't as romantic as when they dated, even writing her poems and letters back then. Meanwhile, a divorcee needs some chores done and Aunt Lucy sees something not meant for human eyes.
