A cleaning lady, Seyama Reiko, gets sued by a university professor for ruining his 18-year-long experiment. However, Seyama is a lady full of secrets!

A man is convicted of murder... and the prosecutor is Asamura Ichiro, nicknamed "AI of Tokyo Prosecution" for his effective and emotionless attitude in court. Then Tatsumi remembers that there was an AI bot in shogi world too, which was taken down by one key piece.

A super scary client walks into Fuda Law Office and it turns out to be Kotaro's middle school classmate! Kotaro is determined to help his friend out, and agrees to represent him in a lawsuit against his landlord... but the case turns out trickier than he expected.

Gankoan is a traditional wagashi shop, and their famous Ittetsu Mochi-- a single-byte mochi dessert-- became a viral sensation overnight. Their online retailer, Queen Marche, is suing the wagashi shop over breach in licensing contract.

Tatsumi and Kotaro are called into the deep woods to settle an inheritance case... sounds like a mystery novel so far. Turns out the chairman who passed away was a big shogi fan, and he left his will in a cryptic shogi puzzle!

Tatsumi's former shogi comrade is now working at a TV station as a reporter. She got sued by a politician, and now she has approached Tatsumi for legal counsel.

In the second half of the lawsuit, Tatsumi and Towa teams up to take down the ultimate villain--House of Representative Tsuge.
