Chefs Alvin and Matt travel around Seoul, tasting restaurant-quality and home-made Korean pancakes called jeon.

Chefs Alvin and Matt go to homes in Seoul to get a taste of authentic kimbap, Korean rice rolls. They go through Seoul's marketplaces looking for ingredients for their own take on kimbap.

Matt invites Alvin to visit his home in Seoul to meet his family and taste their home-cooked version of jook. They explore the city to learn about the recipe variants and then try to make their own version.

Chefs Alvin and Matt search for the best bibimguksu, Korean cold noodles. In pursuit of authenticity and variety, they introduce their new version of bibimguksu to their mates in Seoul.
