Warren's first stop is the inimitable Kruger Shalati or "Train on the Bridge", where he shows us the incredible structure, indulges in an unforgettable safari and cooks up a delectable dessert.

Warren indulges in vibrant flavours and surrounds of the Sandton neighbourhood. He's chowing in Zioux, a hip eatery and bar with a South American flair. Followed by cooking some incredible recipes.

Based at Thonga Beach Lodge, Warren takes us through two recipes using local peanuts and chillies. Then, onto the quaint coastal village of St Lucia to cook a recipe on a sunrise cruise.

Sprawling across the northern border of South Africa. Madikwe Safari Lodge (with Rhinos and Giraffes), Warren will cook a South African inspired dessert and a risotto. Also a sunset feast in the bush.

A true hidden gem of South Africa, the Garden Route is a 200km coastal highway. At the Turbine Hotel Warren will cook a South African curry & dessert and shuck wild oysters with a local legend.

Warren has dedicated the entire episode to diving into a specific style of South African cooking known as 'Cape Malay'. he'll eat amazing, spiced lamb and will be cooking a comforting chicken curry.

Warren is in the Franschhoek Valley, exploring the endless bounty of Boschendal Wine Estate. After a ride on a tram through the vineyards he dives into a tasting and cooks some decadent lamb shanks.

Warren deepens his love of wine by venturing to Newton Johnson, the 'wine farm with a view', and drink their most popular drops matched with food pairings from their restaurant.

Warren is heading into the picturesque town of Paternoster, with a local fisherman to haul a few of South Africa's famous crayfish to make a rich bisque and pasta dish with their sweet meat.

As the final stanza in Warren's Food Trail of South Africa, he'll take a chopper ride over the largest canyon in Africa, whip up a biltong quiche and create a hearty vegetable soup.
