Overview
Shao Jie is reunited with his family, telling them the truth about his exploits. Realizing Shao Jie is being used by Yunlai Tavern, Lin Yan asks Shao Jie for help in his investigation. However, Prince Zhao’s eyes and ears put both Shao Jie and Lin Yan in a difficult situation. Knowing they can’t target Lin Yan openly, Prince Zhao schemes to undermine Lin Yan’s integrity and influence in the imperial court.
