Overview

In the first heat Claire Richards, Sean Wilson and Kaye Adams cook for the judges and paying customers at One O One, and in the second heat Vicki Michelle, Chris Parker and Louis Emerick cook at The Criterion. Only two of the contestants will progress to the quarter-final.
