Overview
It's the final day of the competition in Hertfordshire and the turn of feisty hairdresser Mel Steel to demonstrate her culinary skills with a mix of French and Caribbean dishes. And will Mel's dress code lose her points, or will her eclectic menu be the winning formula that bags her the cash prize?
