Ramón weighs over 462 lbs and suffers from hypertension and limited mobility. His family takes care of him, fearing they might lose him. To access the life-saving surgery he needs, he must transform his habits and fully commit to the treatment.

Vanessa weighs over 418 lbs, runs a textile factory, and raises her children on her own. Although she has always prioritized others, her health is now at the limit. To save her life, she must finally prioritize herself and commit to a full treatment.
