Derrell has had extremely dry, cracked heels for six years. After letting Derrell's feet soak in a bubble bath, Dr. Ebonie shaves down the calluses and fissures to try to find some normal looking skin.

Samantha has been skateboarding for years and now has painful calluses and plantar fasciitis as a result. After feeling judged by past doctors for how her feet looked, Samantha hopes that Dr. Ebonie can help her live a pain-free life - in sparkly shoes.

Theresa has toenail fungus and different size feet. After shoving her feet into sneakers for years, she wants to be able to wear sandals without her daughter picking on her. Theresa hopes for immediate relief, but she may need more intense treatment.

Marcus has a bad case of toenail fungus on both feet and needs to have his big toenail removed. Between his low pain tolerance and hatred of needles, Dr. Sarah struggles to be able to successfully finish the nail avulsion.

Jeff spends a lot of time on his feet and has a history of foot problems. Dr. Brad has already done surgery, but now he considers what else can be done to help relieve Jeff's pain so he can get back to his old lifestyle.

A shocking case of toenail fungus makes its way into Dr. Brad's office. Felix has tried all the home remedies already, and he hopes that Dr. Brad will finally be able to get rid of his athlete's foot and toenail fungus after 10 years.

Dr. Sarah takes a trip to a ballet studio to talk to the dancers about the importance of taking care of their feet. A former ballerina herself, Dr. Sarah gives the dancers some tips and tricks to help ease their pain and discomfort.
