Jaxx, Restricted & Caroline Woitczak

Overview

In this double feature, Nick explores two vastly different fields. He is given the basics of music mixing by two independent Calgarian DJs, Jaxx and Restricted, as they show off what keeps the crowd moving on a Saturday Night. On the flip side, Nick interviews High River Baker, Caroline Woitczak, who delves into the artistry of pastry, and starting an independent business in your own home.
