Golgo had his sights set on a target on the shores of the Côte d'Azur. The target's name is François Guillard, who controls 20% of the black market share of gold. The client is Swiss banker Dwight D. Greenhill. Just as Golgo is about to pull the trigger, Guillard is shot dead by someone. Who on earth would want to ・・・・ for what purpose? Ixion, a highly skilled competitor with a guide dog, appears in front of Golgo.
