Season 1

Nigel Marven travels to the world's largest wetland in Brazil in pursuit of jaguars. Nigel tussles with a caiman and has a painful encounter with a false water cobra.

Nigel travels down the Cuiaba River where he gatecrashes a caiman dinner party, swims with giant otters and meets bulldog bats.

Nigel and his team finally see some jaguars when they encounter 3 in 24 hours.

Nigel goes deeper in to the wetlands in the hope of seeing more jaguars.

Nigel goes south to look at the grasslands on the edge of the swamp where he encounters a giant anteater and witnesses a jaguar hunt.

Nigel finishes his journey with a risky trip into the heart of the jungle for a face-to-face encounter with a jaguar.
