Overview
Wouter makes it clear that he isn't interested in a 21st birthday party, he wants to be on his own. Eben has other plans but he struggles to make the arrangements and it seems Wouter's birthday will be an anticlimax. Stef confronts Vicky and sparks fly in strange and surprising directions.
