The Dinosaur Team, who went on an adventure into the dinosaur world, have now united to stop the Technosaurus in the city! The team's technical expert, Jaymin; the genius strategist and team leader, Melby; paleontologist Oz; Dr. Laura's nephew and wild animal communicator, Lucio; and the ever-energetic childhood friend, Chitundu, who joins the team as a new member!

Dinosaurs, who defended the world from the Vex Hunters, now find themselves in a civilized dinosaur world! Dinosaurs live in the incredible parallel world of Dinopia, where they stand on two feet, speak, have jobs, and live in buildings. Dinosaurs must defend this dinosaur city from a new enemy!

Lucio returns to his hometown of Sansaurio after saving Dinopia, but no one remembers him?! To make matters worse, dinosaurs from across dimensions appear throughout the city, and even the Dino Stars, who were once a team, become rivals to engage in a fierce competition to rescue dinosaurs! Amidst the chaos, Lucio meets a new Dino Star named Xena, gathers his scattered comrades, and challenges for the title of "Strongest Dino Star" to protect the dinosaurs! With new comrades and rivals, even more powerful Quantum Powers, and formidable enemies, the Dino Stars' dinosaur rescue adventure becomes even more spectacular!
