Overview
Emir Saladin seeks the arrow shot in Cairo while Kadı Fazıl, shielding himself from the Egyptian vizier, is worried. Vizier Shaver, trying to repay a debt to Nureddin Zengi, incites people against the Zengis by having Commander Mahmud hanged. Saladin aims to expose Shaver's lies.
